The Technical Aran Knit is a mid-gauge piece made from a functional 100% recycled polyester yarn, specially processed to trap air within the fibers for a lightweight, stretchy, and voluminous feel. It takes its cue from the traditional three-dimensional pattern of Ireland's Aran knits, but reworks it into something far lighter and more comfortable than the classic heavy version.Â
