Currently we only offer shipping within the UK.

FREE standard deliveries on all orders over £200 All other orders valued under £200 - UK STANDARD 2-3 days (DPD/TNT) £5.95 

FAQ's

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH?

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations as our team are working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.  If you need to return any items please wait until you receive the shipment and then follow our Returns procedure.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

For security reasons, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Currently, we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes! Shipping is free if your order is over £200. Otherwise there is a charge of £5.95.           

WHICH COURIER COMPANIES DO YOU USE?

Your delivery experience is important to us, which is why we use DPD for most of our UK parcels. Oversize or heavier items will be shipped by TNT/Fedex instead. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days, Monday-Friday, the majority of items will be shipped much sooner than this, however we cannot currently guarantee next day delivery.

            Please Note – During peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, orders may take a little longer to process.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

We use Next Day services on all UK shipments, which aims to deliver within 1 working day of dispatch.

For UK offshore locations (including Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man),  please allow additional time for shipping.

Please note – whilst we aim to deliver within the above mentioned times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information for your item(s). It can take the carrier system up to 24 hours to update, so if you click on your tracking number and there is no information available, please check back later.

 CAN I COLLECT FROM STORE?

 Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer the option of collecting an order from our London Store.
